Has anyone gone from a RNY to DS

She's going to "get tightened up". This is an obvious case where someone asked for opinions when their mind is already made up - he is the best doc in NC after all even though I've never heard his name in DS circles. Most likely she'll be asking for advice again in 5 yrs when  tightening doesn't help. Sad but true
