Thinking about revising from vsg to the sadi-s procedure. Has anyone had it done?

Seems to be a new procedure that is supposed to be comparable to the DS but keeps the pyloric valve intact.

I was given the SADI,even though I requested and paid for a DS. I already had a VSG and, despite being very well on plan, with less than 20 gms of carbs a day, I only lost an additional 12# in two years after the SAdI. I revised to a true DS this year and have already lost more than I ever lost with the SADI.

You don't lose your pyloric valve with the DS since the sleeve procedure is also used in the DS. You lose your pyloric valve with the gastric bypass.
