Does anyone know If CO. Medicaid will pay for it?

Yes they will. You have to go through a lot of classes and a monitored diet on OptiFast (Medicaid will cover the costs of the that). After that it took my daughter about 2 months to get into surgery. But it all was covered. 

Thank you for your prompt reply, and so sorry for taking so long to reply back.  Have put a call into my primary about OptiFast.  Hopefully she will agree to starting me on it soon.

You should call your caseworker or the number on the back of your medical card to check on coverage they are different depending on what state and sometimes what county you live in. Also some cover revisions and some don't, so that is the best way to find out what would be covered in your particular case.

I did forget to mention, we are in Colorado, in Douglas County.. and this is where we were when my daughter had hers done. I imagine it is the same through out the state but it is a good suggestion to ask first.
