Hit my second weight goal today
It's been slow but steady progress. I finally hit my second weight goal which was to lose a total of 75 lbs. Yay! Other successes so far:
- Down from 5X shirts to 2X
- Down for 26 pant to 18 pant
- I can go hiking with younger and smaller people and I'm the one who ISN'T out of breath or complaining about the burn in my legs
- I can jog for short distances (half mile) at a time
- I exercise 5-7 days a week and actually enjoy it
I'm sure there are more but that's all I can think of at the moment.
I get frustrated sometimes and sometimes I don't really notice my weight loss. I still see the same big person in the mirror on many occasions but today I am feeling good about things!
