RNY revision covered by Tricare! help!

I need details as to how to qualify for a revision from RNY to something else. I never got to my goal weight and now I'm 5'3 and back up to 230 after having my first baby. My PCOS is keeping me from losing weight. Help!!! 

Did you get approval from Tricare or do you need one? I have been trying for nearly, actually over now, a month to get Tricare to approve a RNY revision to a Distal. I have been denied three times, last one was a peer to peer. They say it is not medically necessary (which is beyond a load of crap).

Has anyone ever had a revision by Keiser in the Washington metropolitan area.

Have you gotten approval yet? I am about to try this process also
