Revising Lap RNY from 2001

I used to be very educated on RNY and other gastric bypasses, but it seems so much has changed since I had mine.  Is it just called a "revision" if I get my pouch restricted to 1 ounce?  Does anyone know if it's called something other than just a revision?  I had my surgery done in 2001  and my surgeon didn't have any type of support and only one follow-up after surgery.  I think I could be so much more successful today with support and a new surgeon.  Any advice as I proceed with creating a game plan?
