Revision surgery Band to Bi-pass in Mexico

Hello to you all. Well I am deciding to have bi-pass. Looking for opinions on Doctors. I have looked at a few. Narrowed it down to about 5 docs They are. 1) Fernando Garcia,2) Richard Ramo-Kelly, 3) Louisina Valenzuela 4) Jacqueline Osuna and finally Alejandro Lopez. Any opinions on any of these Doctors would be great. Good and Bad all welcomed. Thanks
