RNY Revision to DS Operation Experiences?

I am in the Sacramento area( northern Ca. I have been told that RNY to DS is extremely complicated and a way bigger surgery than the original RNY . I am thinking that if he can't/won't make stomach and STOMA smaller I may not do anything at all.

My insurance won't have a problem with me changing surgeons , Dr. Eslami is the only doc in my area , I had the band at Stanford and that is 3 -4 hours away and a huge mistake to be that far away from a doc

Then you understand why I am a little apprehensive about going across the country to have this done, although Dr. Keshishian is said to be the best...how far are you from Glendale or Burbank?
