Highmark BC/BS anyone?

I am looking for info on getting a revision from RNY to DS, and I have Highmark BC/BS insurance. Anyone have luck in getting a revision paid for by them? Thanks.

I did not have any luck with approval. It turns out that I actually have an enlarged stoma, but because I lost more than 50% of my excess weight initially, I was denied. Also, they seem to consider most revision types "experimental/investigational" so those aren't't covered even if you would qualify. The only way you'll know for sure is going through the process and getting your answer after going through all the hoops.
