IDK WHAT TO DO NEXT!!!!

this is my second cancel surgery date I'm supposed to have Ryn revision. My first surgery date was September the 11th but was canceled due to my insurance stating it was not a medically necessity (stretched pouch / stoma and Gerd)  but I have a secondary insurance Medicaid which improved the surgery so I was given a second surgery date September the 25th received a phone call 400 pm today stating now that surgery is cancelled due to my first insurance denial and medicaid is not my primary. I was then told I could do coordination of benefits. But I don't know how this going to work since medicaid secondary insurance. any advice any advice it all help please help

My husband has the same issues and I have never figured it out.
