Hudson Health Plan/Medicaid

I had Lap-Band done in 2009. I lost a tremendous amount of weight... and then gained back that tremendous amount of weight, minus about 40 pounds. I'm trying to find out if anyone has had Hudson Health Plan and Medicaid (NY State), and were approved for revision surgery? Apparently, MVP likes to deny revision surgeries.... and Hudson Health Plan is a brainchild of MVP... I was told not to panic yet.... but has anyone been granted a revision approval using HHP/Medicaid?
