Re-sleeve with Dr. Almanza

I was resleeved with Dr Almanza May 19th and I am not losing much weight. I am following all the rules and everything so I am unsure what is occurring. I am reaching out for any suggestions. I have lost 2 pounds so far.
Who did your first sleeve? I know Dr. Almanza says he does a lot of re-sleeves where they weren't done correctly in the first place. You should have already lost the IV weight so 2 pounds does seem daunting.
What rules does he have you doing? I am a band to sleeve revision but I too was told I would lose slower. I did lose slower than the rest of the vsg'ers done in Jan/13 with me but I also had less to lose to start and ended up reaching goal which many didn't.
If you share what you are doing maybe I might have some tips that can help.
BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.
