Revision through Kaiser? Anyone? Tell me your story!

I am a new Kaiser patient. Had a lapband in 2008 self pay in Mexico. Now I'm having pain at port, shoulder pain, weight gain and just overall not happy with band. My bmi now is 34. I have an appt with dr Grinberg at kaiser south sac this Tuesday. Any tips? I'd really like to convert to the sleeve. Will they cover it ? Will they want my old records? Etc.,, Thank you!!
