Has anyone kept their band when getting a sleeve revision?

CAN you do that?  Although i am less than pleased with my band, it has solved the GERD issues I had which were pretty bad.  I'd like to keep both benefits.

This is interesting as the band causes GERD in many people that didn't have it prior to banding.  The band has to come off to make the sleeve.

Why are you revising if the band is working?

I agree as a rule the band causes GERD not fixes it. It gave me the most horrible GERD ever even after it was removed! Plus it caused a slow emptying stomach which causes no end of problems for me. You can't keep the band and have a sleeve as far as I know. The sleeve tends to cause  GERD in many people so that may not be the best surgeery for you.
