On my way again ...

I just met my new surgeon yesterday and I have a gastro-gastric fistula.  I'm on the fast track for surgery.  I have an endoscopy scheduled for tomorrow or Wednesday and then I have to do the sleep study again and see the cardiologist and the nutritionist and that's it.  I'm going on the liquid diet next week and saying goodbye to food for a long time.  I asked if my pouch was going to be one ounce again and he said smaller! I'm so very thankful for having this second chance and in one way I am glad it's going to be soon so I don't have to worry so long but I am also very nervous for the complications again.  Last time I had a living will done up as well as a letter to my kids.

My starting weight is officially 331.8.  Wish me luck?

Thanks. I got the appointment for the sleep study and the endoscopy. Just waiting for the cardiologist appointment and they're going to submit it to the insurance company.
