Revision-Conversion fight Advice Needed Please

I am a failed band patient. I am seeking a conversion to sleeve. Has anyone used a lawyer or advocacy center for a conversion? I have Care First of Maryland. I have a doctor appt in the morning(14-JAN-2013) for some stomach pain, but overall I do not think i have a band problem. I will see in the morning. I have regained my weight back and I do not have restriction since the stomach pain started. 

Please let me know how to fight this. I know the Affordable Care Act has changed some things and Maryland has mandated coverages.

Just got back from the doctor. H. Pylori neg, endo scope all is well no erosion.  Still having pain. Some sharp port pain started last night. Doc prescribed Prilosec. What do you all think? Hernia, infection, start of erosion. The doc seems that all is well. I am scheduled for a barium swallow test. could this be gallbladder?
