Anyone Revise with Dr. Greenbaum in NJ?

I am weighing my options and wanting to know about Dr. Greenbaum. Has anyone revised with Dr. Greenbaum and, if so, what process would I have to go through? I spoke with the receptionist and she gave me some good infomation, but I want to hear from those who actually went through the process with him. Thanks.
