Night Hunger
Planning is the key, you would do best to allot a certain number of calories for an evening snack and that should help hold you till morning. Your blood sugar probably drops that time of night and you need a little something to eat. Protein would be a good snack since that will stay with you longer than some snacks, maybe something like a slice of deli meat wrapped around a piece of cheese. Google low carb snacks and I'm sure you'll find hundreds of them!
