No liquid diet before or after here either!
BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.
No special diet indicated for me either and they said I could go right back to solid food. I went on a "food holiday" and gained 15 pounds the first month and then did massive dieting to keep the weight off and back down pre-sleeve.
