Hello ,Im getting a revision from the lapband to the sleeve!!!!

I would like to no if anyone had this done and how long did it take your insurance to let you know?And how did things go for you for you after the surgery !!!
I revised from band to sleeve 5 years ago, I didn't like the revision surgeon on my ins plan so I self paid. Totally worth it.
I had my band removed before my insurance would go thru the appeal process to fight the once in a lifetime WLS policy. Once the band was removed and we could prove the damage I has to go thru another 6 months supervised diet (I had already started this just in case) plus 6 psych visits. I had my approval within 4 months but those fighting behind me are taking almost a year.
BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.
