Failed VSG need to do revision TO DS or RNY-want the DS but issues abound

Hey, I'm just curious what was some of the disadvantages with the DS for you that had you go with the RNY revision.

I was insulin dependent 8 shots a day. The day I had the RNY in 2000 my diabetes was gone. I guess because of the malabsorption.
