Insurance Approval for DS from Carefirst BlueCross Blue Shield

I am looking into having a revision from RNY to DS and want to know if CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield of Maryland would approve the revision.

No one but your insurance company can tell you this. You need to call them, insurance card in hand, and get them to tell you precisely what YOUR policy covers and requires.
