Aetna POS

Does anyone here use Aetna POS insurance? I sure would like to know if anyone has it and went through the weight loss approvement part with it. I have that insurance and I've been told they have a strict approval rate. I had the VBG in 2000 and need a revision. I've been praying I'll get approved and be able to get the surgery in June. I never hear from anyone in this position from this site. Would welcome any suggestions.
