VBG revision to RNY or DS??

I am in the same situation, my surgeon will only do a VBG revision to a RNY..I am looking for a surgeon that will do a VBS to DS revision in Texas, Louisiana, or surrounding states...if you read this please update and let us know what surgery you chose..

I can't believe a surgeon told the truth!!!! When he explained about the reimbursement, and that they can do RNY faster, so they make more doing it, that surgoen is a rare, honest gem!

The revision list is short, unless you go to a RNY or band surgeon, and they will happily "revise" that RNY, to an inferior ERNY or bob. If you want a good revision surgeon, then ONLY use the list below:

Dr. Simper, located in Utah

Dr. Elariny, located in Virginia

Dr. Roslin, located in New York

Dr. Buchwald, located in Minnesota

The above are in the US, but there are great surgeons outside the US as well:


Dr. Baltasar, located in Spain

Dr. Marchesini, located  in Brazil

 

Dr. Gagner in Canada and Dr. Greenbaum are also experienced surgeons, but please use caution, and RESEARCH!!!!!!!!!!!
