Band to RNY revision finally approved

after initial denial, then approval with a peer-to-peer review, I have been approved, now, why am I totally having anxiety about it ? I am so afraid of being seen as selfish, and I have a baby now and worry about the risks of surgery. I think this is normal, but am a little panicky about it.
