Arizona counselor needed

Does anyone have the name of a good Arizona counselor? I need one while I try to save up my 20% co-pay for surgery. I am approved for the RNY, but I have to pay out of pocket for the band removal. All of this has to be paid before surgery... $6000+.

While I save, I am getting deeper into a depression and I need to talk to someone that won't tell me that if I eat the right foods and exercise, then I will lose weight. I need someone to listen, to help.
