not sure where to ask this question

Sorry if I am not in the correct forum but I wasnt sure which to post in.  How or Who woul dhave my original surgery records if the surgeon is no longer located in the same area/state (kansas-Missouri)?  I need to have my records sent to Oklahoma. thank you

I just received mine and called the hospital where I had the surgery in New York.  I would start ith the hospital where you had surgery, they can send you the surgical report.
