Vita Lady is a person- her name is Michelle. She's a lovely woman who is very knowledgable and willing to help those who have had bariatric surgery. She has done a lot of research over the years in the area of nutrition because so little is given to help post-op surgery patients in helping them to maintain their health. I've had an opportunity to sit down with her on several occasions and she always has very sage advice.

Vita Lady is a lovely person.  However, both she and her husband were going through some health issues awhile ago and I haven't seen her post in a very long time. 

I certainly hope I've just missed her posts but, if you don't hear back from her, there are some other people to whom you can be referred, such as Andrea.
