I'm almost 12 years post-op, started at 340, lowest post op weight 155, highest rebound weight 198, currently at 178.  I'm sorry to hear you are having health issues. 

About 4 years ago I started to have issues with regurgitating some of my food, and was able to eat much more than I should be able to.  I have stretched my pouch out, and was able to eat "normal" portions. 

Last December I went to my surgeon and had an EGD done, and discovered I had a "blind limb" pouch...a bulge off of the regular pouch that holds food but doesn't digest it.  I just had a revision done a month ago to remove the blind limb pouch and return my stomach to the capacity of 1/2 cup. 

Complications this far post op aren't unusual, but unfortunate.  I would strongly suggest you seek another surgeon and have a consultation to get more info on your options. Good luck
