1 month out- band 2 bypass

I am so excited that I decided to finally get my revision surgery ....I am one month out and 28 lbs down.  I have not had any issues like I had with the band.  I could not be happier and I am loosing weight!  I just wanted to share my good news with everyone!! Enjoy ur day OH friends.

Congrats you've already lost more than I did with a band for 5 years! Hope you enjoy many more years of happiness with it!

 

Yeah!!! So happy for you and I was so encouraged by this. I'm next!! My bands out and just waiting for healing and then on to the bypass. Can't wait!!

I'm almost 4 weeks out and down 24 pounds and thrilled.  My doctor told me that my loss might be slower and less because of the lap band and my slower metabolism but I'm happy.

My doc just submitted to insurance for my band o rny revision.  What all did you have to submit in order for insurance to approve?

My band slipped twice so it was documented and then another psych appt and 4 wks I was having surgery
