Just discovered that my insurance plan only covers one bariatric surgery per life. I have Anthem. Has anyone had any luck getting a revision covered through Anthem when they were saying this?

**Revised to a Sleeve Gastrectomy 5/28/13
There has been several here. Check out the failed band group. There it is tons of info there including how to fight once in a lifetime WLS.
BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.
Does this mean once in a lifetime with THAT insurance company or does it mean with ANY insurance company???
