Overstitch procedure

I had the overstitch.....on 11/20/12 I have to say that I am going to a doctors check up this coming week, I'm not super happy about it...I have only lost 8 lbs...and if I want to lose more I have to go on a super strict diet. I am willing to do better but I can't stay on a diet forever...I feel that the results were subtle. I wi**** was more dramatic. I feel full for longer and that is good...I was just hoping for more restriction. I paid 6k cash and still have other lab bills and such...ugh!
