I had my revision last wednesday 11/28 home from hospital yesterday sunday 12/2 I had an Open revision from RNY to DS, sooooooo much more pain open, I still feel like an elephant is sitting on my stomach. with the same surgery my semi small pouch yet ..emlarged was pleated on ome side to turn it into kinda a sleeve, my intestines were changed and move ..hence DS on top of all of that my appendix was removed and a byospy done on my liver. Gallbladder would have also been removed if I still had it. ime in so much pain still I can barely get anything done the heartburn is so harsh to get through. Anyone have this done and know how many days u were layed up?
Help please need to know there is light at the end of the tunnul.

I'm so sorry to hear that.  Have you reached out to your Doctor?  Do you have a fever?

Just hold on.  It will eventually get better.  Lifting you in prayers.

I hope you are still taking pain medication, you need to take it around the clock to stay on top of the pain.  Call your surgeon as well.  You will come through this, girlie!!!!

I agree if you are still in that kind of pain call your doc for more pain meds! It's not necessary to be in that much pain get some drugs for it. Good luck!
