Did you have any pre op diet requirements? I haven't been told anything other than NPO after midnight

I got a,quick date as well. Procedure is Tuesday. Should I ask about the colon prep?
Mel, I never saw Dr. Thompson, before, after surgery or even after I was admitted for overnight. I found that very odd. I'm suppose to see him in 4 weeks. I called and they said no openings until November! I called back again today and have one for Aug 31st ... I was not pleased how everything went for me. Completely unorganized office and staff. Thank goodness it's behind me. How was your experience?
Same thing for me I never saw him either. It was weird but I figure as long as he did a good job with the surgery I was ok with it. Also had problem getting appt. for post op. Have been calling weekly to look for openings and finally got an apt for Aug 24. As I said as long as it works I'm fine, especially since he's the only game in town for this revision. I'm also following up with my original GBP surgeon and nutritionist.
Dr Frankenstein could of performed this and we wouldn't know the difference. LMAO
Do you need to follow up with your GBP surgeon or is this your own decision? Smart move tho. Mine got his license taken away so I'm riding solo I guess.
Also, do you feel hungry? I don't feel any restriction. I hope it helped me out some and this was not done for nothing. I'm doing only 2 protein shakes daily. I can't get the 3rd in and water only. That's it.
