We were told to use a bottle with a top and just a small "sippy" hole. That way the smell doesn't get to your nose. Have you tried to blend with ices to calm the taste?

Are you having to use Optifast without any other choice?

Just don't eat it. I tried it during my 2 weeks of liquids and threw it all out immediately. Why do that to yourself? There are other ways/

It's too bad you can't use one of the better ones like Nectar. If this is what your surgeon requires, you need to force yourself thru it. What every you do don't go agains your surgeon without permision. You don't want to miss out on your surgery.
