advice re: surgeon's comments

You have come a long way and I am here to tell you, encourage you to keep going. Get back to basics. Reevaluate your food intake. Start your journal I love "My Fitness" on the phone. Keep your food consistent. Exercise...figure out what work for you when you lost the initial weight 303 to 287 to 210. Get your music on and go exercise. I know you can do it. For myself is high protein low carbs. I have no advice to your ulcers, but I will encourage you to remember back in 2008 because you are a sucess. 6 meals a day. Water (crystal light).

There is a small list of RNY to DS revision surgeons.  It is THE MOST complicated surgery, and takes ALOT of expertise........ These are QUALIFID surgeons who can do this surgery.
