How can I get Medicaid?

Is it possible for me to get medicaid for revision ? Had original surgery 2003 rny and having problems now possibly need revision surgery but have no insurance. In Texas

Medicare is a federal program, and is the same all over the country. To get Medicare you have to be over 65 or disabled.
