VSG REVISION DATE SET FOR SEPTEMBER 12, 2012

Hello Forum:

I will be traveling out once again to Tijuana Mexico for a VSG revision my doctor's name is Dr. Mario Almanza he is a great doctor so I have chosen to go back to see him again.

I feel that I've stretch my pouch because I'm able to eat more and drink more and I've gained lots of weight. So I'm hoping this time it will take off the remains of my weight.

What sort of revision are you planning? Your surgeon has a very bad reputation on these boards---did you ever think perhaps he's the one at fault here? Re-Sleeving is a VERY dangerous operation, and one that should only be undertaken by a highly experienced revision specialist.

I haven't been here the last couple weeks. I was wondering what you had for the first surgery in Mexico? Was it a VSG the first time? How long ago did you have it?

I may have to go to Mexico for my sleeve after the band is removed.

VSG on 07/09/12

Let me recommend my surgeon, Dr. Alberto Aceves, in Mexicali Mexico. His reputation is top notch, & he is skilled in complicated revisions. I had my sleeve surgery July 9th, & and have lost 25 lbs easily. He charges more than other Mexican surgeons, but it'll be the best $ you ever spent!

Yes I had the VSG about 2yrs ago in Mexico and now I'm getting ready to go back to get more restriction because I have stretch my pouch.

But the doctor's there are great and I will always go to Mexico for any surgery's I may have in the future hope this helps.......
