I am getting my band out on 9/4. I will be trying to get the sleeve (which is the first part of a DS) but, now the insurance is saying only on in a life time.
My insurance doesn't cover the DSat all and our center won't do them. They do the sleeve and my insurance does now cover them.
My oldest sister had the DS a long time ago. I had the band in '09 and my youngest sister and daughter had the sleeve. Based on the four of us I would pick a sleeve every time.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.
