I had the RNY, your pyloric valve is taken out of play.... you should find out the cases of reactive hypoglycemia associated with the RNY. LOTS!!!!!

You also can no longer take ANY NSAIDS..... asprin, ibuprofen, naproxen, ever again!!!!
