Tentative date for VSG

VSG on 01/23/13 with

I had not realized how much my life revolved around being stuck and puking......it actually took a comment from my dh for me to come to terms that something was not right. I thought all of that was normal and I just wanted to keep my weight down - as long as I could still fit in my size 14's, that's all I thought about.
