It was about $37,000. OR and 5 days in the hospital was $16,000 and surgeon and anesthesiologist was $16,500, then there were pre-op and post op tests. (that's what I remember- I could be off a few dollars but the total was right around $37,000).

Your primary or general dr has to refer you to the program. so see or email your kaiser dr and let him know how desperate you are for help and to please refer you to the bariatric dept. Good luck!
