1 year Bandiversary (Bobster), 10year RNY
Just my two cents. I'm here as a bandster. I am getting it out for all the medical problems. The stoma on the RNY is Artifical and stretcher, the band is and artifical stoma and has a mind of it's own.
My oldest sister has a DS and doesn't have the problems that the RNY and band has. Her's are all natural and work as they are suppose to. This is the reason I didn't get the band out 18 months ago when my only option was a RNY. I waited and am fighting for the sleeve, the first half of a DS.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.
