revision help needed in maryland

I am looking into getting a revsion but i'm also not sure what type of revision would be a good one for me i had laproscopic gastic bypass surgery in 2005 and was able to lose about 120 pounds since then i have gained bout 50 pounds of the weight back and my BMI is hovering at 31-32 I have read up on some of the different revision but i'm not sure if i should consult with the original doctor that performed my surgery or seek elsewhere. SOME HELP
