aetna or bc/bs for revision?

does anyone know if aetna or bc/bs is easier to work with when trying to get approval for revision. im trying to go from sleeve to ds. today is last day of open enrollment so i can change from bc/bs to aetna if i want to. any insight would be appreciated!

In most case's it depends on your employer not your insurance company. They put in what the will pay for. I have BCBS and they would not pay for it but many other people have had success with them. My company is just cheap.
