  Too funny!!!  I bet you are right...  still not as productive as I would have hoped, but slowly starting to lose now that I have had at least a couple...

Uhhhhh carefull on adding fat to the diet -  a good greasy cheeseburger  once in a while - but too much and you will have bright orange greasy BM;s

up your protein  and youw ill see a drop ,,  but revisions usually loose slower.. --- make sure your water is up there too !!

Thanks, Jeanna...

As of today I am replacing my milk with water to make my protein shakes, and instead having two more shakes...  I am getting virtually no fat at all, but sf jello seems to help once in a while.  Getting TONS of water...  so, hopefully your recommendation of more protein will help!
