RNY to DS revision~4 month surgiversary yesterday
I am 4 months out from my RNY to DS revision!!! WOOT!!! I have lost 53 pounds and have dropped a shirt size, along with 3 pants sizes.
LIFE IS GOOD!!!!!!!

Glad that I have given you hope. I remember feeling helpless between my failed weight loss surgery, and battling with the denials of the insurance company.

Parts f your story are so like mine I almost cried. I have RNY in 2002. Did not meet my goal and am back up to 230 looking into DS in the SF Bay area. Did you have the revision open? I go into have a Barium Swallow tomorrow...

Hope your barium swallow went good. Dr. Rabkin is your best closest bet for an RNY to DS revision. Come on over to proboards!!!!!! There are LOTS of veterans there. I will PM you the link.
