Calories from protein drinks

I finally found a great protein drink,Syntrax Nectar Whey protein isolate Cappuccino. I mix it will Diet hot coco (25 cal and 2 gr sugar) It is so easy to drink

I Just noticed last night that the calories on it say 130 calories of a 1/4 scoop which it only has 6 grams of protein in that scoop. And it comes with a BIG scoop.

So am I really drinking 530 calories in one 8 oz mug?

Is this a bad idea to be drinking this? Does anyone else drink this brand? Really hate to start the hunt for a better proteint....... Help

I use syntrax nectar also. I have vanilla bean, chocolate and peach. All of them are 100 calories adn 24 grams of protein per full scoop.
