I am wondering if someone can take the time to write about their revision to the sleeve from the band .  The exciting day comes, you go to the hospital get dressed for surgery and then....................................Thanks

 Do you mean band to sleeve? There are plenty. Go ask on the sleeve board. 

If you actually mean sleeve to band, well, I've been here a long time, and that doesn't happen.
And shouldn't.
