can an rny be revised back to a smaller pouch smaller stoma, and take out more intestines if the original took out the least amount of intestines. If this surgery is possible can you tell me about it. a DS is not an option for me as I am low income and cannot travel to a DS doc outside my state (washington). And do not know of one in my state.

I should clarify that I do not know of a DS surgeon who will take my insurance

Some surgeons claim they can make your stoma smaller, but none of the procedures to do this seem to have a lot of success.

No intestine is removed in the RNY, but yes, you can have more of your intestine bypassed.

I did, with Dr Joya in Puerto Vallarta.  I was self-pay, didn't even try insurance.  No revision to pouch, new stoma and more intestine by-passed.
